Kids only 10-14 years old - Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve Dynamic warm up, shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads or a pad machine, punch-bags work, press-ups and bodyweight exercises, shuttle-runs, sit-ups, weight or resistance training, footwork drills and learning how to box (defense or offensive). It is not necessarily only for people who want to compete in boxing, but instead it is for all ages, abilities and gives you an overall body exercise whilst learning self defence techniques. The attendee must bring towel, gloves (preferably their own, but we can let you borrow and do sell them), water (we sell for 50p) and hand wraps or protection glove.
